qk99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• An attempt is made to transfer the account to a third party.
• Indications of money laundering or illegal activity are detected.

qk99 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made through approved payment methods.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement on any active bonus is completed.
• If additional documents are requested for verification, they must be submitted within 24 hours.

qk99 offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members: a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Or: deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = bonus winnings are withdrawable after ৳30,000 in wagers.

• Each bonus offer can be used only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Always read the applicable terms carefully before claiming a bonus.
• If a bonus is obtained through fraudulent means, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
• qk99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before a bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be void.

qk99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback and priority support.

Regular and legitimate gameplay is required to earn VIP benefits. Tier advancement is entirely at qk99's discretion. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash, but are withdrawable subject to applicable cashback rules.
